Can rust stains be removed from concrete in Southern California?
In most cases, yes. Irrigation and fertilizer rust usually lift very well with the right treatment. Very old or deep stains may lighten rather than disappear completely.
Will rust removal damage my concrete or pavers?
We use treatments made for masonry and rinse thoroughly. We test a small area first when needed.
Why does rust keep coming back?
Usually iron in irrigation water. Adjusting sprinkler heads so they do not spray hardscape, or adding a filter, keeps stains from returning.
