These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of modepressurewashing.com (the “Site”), our quote form and our text-message program, offered by Mode Pressure Washing, LLC (“Mode Pressure Washing,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. Last updated November 6, 2026.

Quotes and estimates

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or a booking. Any price we give you is an estimate based on the information and photos provided. Final scope, price and schedule are confirmed with you before work begins, and may change if site conditions differ from what was described (for example, the size of the area, access, or the type and condition of surfaces). Any separate written agreement or invoice for a job controls over these Terms for that job.

Your information and access

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are the owner of the property or are authorized to request service for it. Please tell us about anything we should know before arriving, such as gate codes, pets, fragile items, water or power access, or HOA rules.

Text message program

Program: Mode Pressure Washing customer messages. What you’ll receive: quote follow-ups, appointment details and occasional offers, only if you opted in by checking the box on our form or otherwise giving express consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You’ll receive one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP, call (657) 387-1505 or email modepressurewashing@gmail.com.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• How we handle your number and consent is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Using our Site

You may use the Site to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to misuse it, including by sending spam or false requests, trying to break its security, or copying its content for commercial use. The Site’s text, photos, video, logo and design belong to Mode Pressure Washing, LLC or are used with permission, and may not be reused without our written consent. Customer reviews shown on the Site are excerpts from public reviews and belong to their authors.

Information on the Site

We work to keep the Site accurate, but service descriptions, photos and service-area information are general and may change without notice. Before-and-after photos show real jobs; results on your property depend on its surfaces and condition. Links to other websites (such as Google or social media) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mode Pressure Washing, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be limited, or our responsibilities under a separate agreement for work we perform.

Electronic communications

By submitting a request or contacting us, you agree that we may reply by phone or email about that request, and that notices and records we send electronically count as being “in writing.” Text messages are sent only as described in the Text message program section above.

Your responsibility for misuse

If you misuse the Site or break these Terms, for example by submitting someone else’s information or a false request, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and claims that result from that misuse.

Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use our Site. If any part of it is hard to use, call (657) 387-1505 or email modepressurewashing@gmail.com and we’ll help you directly and work on a fix.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the Site or these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreement for a specific job, are the full agreement between you and us about the Site.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed, and the version posted when you use the Site applies.
